Blog Entry: Riding back 400 miles was going to be a lazy Sunday ride- I took my time saying all my goodbyes to everyone ( something that I rarely do for fear of leaving someone out) and wasn't ready to hit the road until noon. Well as soon as I got on my bike to leave, I literally made it less then a few blocks when it down poured. I put on my rain gear and rode through it. It was showers for the bigger part of half the trip. You know, in the summer, rain isn't too bad. It still is a little chilly though especially when that rain finally works it's way down the back of your rain suit and you feel your butt getting wet! When I finally got to some sun shire I warmed right up and was completely dry by the time I got home .
